Openwrt21.02 Support TDMA Technology for IPQ6010 IPQ4019/IPQ4029 DR40X9 DR6018

TDMA technology is particularly useful in Wi-Fi Direct mode or peer-to-peer networking mode, which allows direct communication between devices without relying on traditional access points. In TDMA, time slots are assigned to various devices in a fixed order, enabling multiple devices to communicate on the same frequency without conflicts.
